Step 1.
Open Mail on your Mac. From the Finder menu bar, select: Mail > Accounts
Select 'Other Mail Account'
Step 2.
Fill in your Name, Email Address and Password.
Step 3.
You'll need to manually fill in the missing details:
User Name: enter your full email address
Account Type: IMAP (if not already selected)
Incoming Mail Server: sgp.macmediasg.com
Outgoing Mail Server: sgp.macmediasg.com
Click 'Sign In'
Step 4.
Tick the Mail account box. Then click Done.
